Lighting Libertas

"Lighting Libertas" Lady Liberty's torch is silhouetted by the Blue Moon on the last day of July 2015. When a full moon happens twice on one month, it is known as a blue moon. Shot with my Sigma 300mm at f/10 250th Second @ ISO 400 using my Nikon D800 on a Feisol 3371 tripod and a Feisol 50DC ballhead.
